Practice Policies
Our practice strongly supports vaccinations of all pediatric patients. We encourage you to ask questions you may have regarding vaccines with your provider. Parents who refuse to follow our medical advice will be asked to find a different provider for their child’s medical care. We feel that vaccines are very important not only for the benefit of your own child, but also for the health and safety of other patients and families we see at our office.
All appointments need to be cancelled with at least 24 hour notice. If you do not cancel your appointment in the appropriate amount of time, the following fees will be applied:
$75 missed appointment for Well Care/Physicals
$30 missed Physician appointment
$10 missed Nurse appointment
